• Admittedly we think sometimes architect Richard Landry is a bit hit-or-miss (AD respectfully disagrees: They gave him AD 100 honors). We think he got it right here, though.
• The Colony and Carbon are our two hotspots in Malibu. In fact, we like the Colony because you don't have to deal with pesky PCH traffic to get out of your driveway and a lot of your neighbors have tennis courts. Oh, and the guard gate keeps paparazzi and stalkers away.
